Geography Highlight: Simhachalam
The History Under Your Feet substack has a great article on the town of Simhachalam in Andhra Pradesh, one of 32 Narasimha Kshetras, where Lord Vishnu is worshipped in his form of Narasimha Avatar.
The Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Temple is the highlight of the city, and a great profile on the history of the temple can be found on the Indian Mandirs blog.
