This week we feature: resources for slokas and stotras, a discourse on the Ramayana, and some catch-up reading
Resource Highlight: Vaidika Vignanam
Vaidika Vignanam is a website with a formidable library that features translations of the Vedas and prominent slokas and stotrams devoted to various deities in English and a number of other Indian languages. The translations can be read as text directly in desktop or mobile-friendly versions, or converted to PDF. The site address is: https://vignanam.org/
Video Highlight: Glories of Ramayana
Velukkudi Krishnan of the Kinchitkaram Trust (which we featured in our Week 17 issue) has a great English-language speech on the Ramayana that contains a lot of insights on what make it such a remarkable text.
